You can't post pictures from your e-mail account. You have to host them somewhere online and then use an IMG link to post the picture. We have free gallery space here you can use (click on the "Gallery" link in the upper left corner of your screen) or you can use a site like photobucket or imageshack. All of these options give you the IMG code to use to post the images to sites like ours.
