Yeah, I did. My male mojave pops the same way (still young). I figured it was because the hemipenes aren't fully developed. The other 3 female balls I have pop all exactly the same, they pop white with pinkish tinge, and their scent glands kind of stick out like hemipenes but not as large and with no red color. I will get better pictures tomorrow

It's hard to say for sure from the pic, but I am fairly confident that it's female from your description. Hemipenes are developed enough to pop out from day one (popping is probably the most reliable in the first week or two of the snake's life since that is when they have the least muscle control). How sure are you that your Mojo is a male?
Here's a quote from VPI's website that my be helpful.
The hemipenes of hatchling males are little pink or reddish rods that pop out, one on each side of the cloacal opening; on most species they have a visible red blood vessel on their medial surfaces. A females may evert her cloaca and erect her scent gland papillae in response to the pressure. The scent gland papillae may appear similar to hemipenes (especially if no comparison is possible,) though they are always smaller, and they may have a tiny red tip, but no blood vessel is visible.
Here's a link to the page, as well, if you want to read the whole thing:

I'm actually not 100% he is a male. Was sold to me as a male from a local small time breeder. I assumed that those red dots (they are there without me applying much pressure at all) was just that the hemipenes aren't fully developed. Somehow it escaped my knowledge that there is a "rod" that pops out from day one!! How did I miss this?? Well you know, I wouldn't be against him being a female. If "he" is, then I have 0.5 ball pythons haha
