VE-200 With power bar questions

Recently got my rack fully setup and I am testing out the new T-stat I picked up. Its a VE-200 I'm using.
I went out and purchased a power bar with 8 outlets since each bin has its own wired connection.

Long story short. Everything plugged in, and seems to be working alright. Besides the fact that when I have the t-stat in proportional mode, its turning the power bar on and off every second, and the power bar is clicking every time that happens.

Has anyone else had this problem? Can I get a power bar that wont click when the t-stat is pulsing?

Anyone with experience with this or any opinions or ideas, please share. Its quite frustrating listening to this thing click for 15 seconds every 45 seconds.

I understand I can switch to "on/off" mode and set a +/- drop to minimize this, but I'd like to use it in proportional mode.

The 200 is a pulse proportional unit. You need a dimming unit to do what you are trying to do.

A power strip that doesn't have surge protection or any other features will fix this issue. There is nothing wrong with running a power strip on a pulse proportional thermostat.
