My red tailed racer has starter behaving oddly. He hangs from his tree and digs around the edges of his tank, using his head like a shovel to scoop the earth towards the middle of the tank. He also puts his head underground and sort of burrows in the earth for a few minutes with his head between the earth and the tank walls. Any ideas why he's doing it, has anyone heard about tree snakes doing this sort of thing?
