Also looks good to me.
There's no real issue with the 5.0 UVB bulb. They were originally marketed for tropical animals, and the amount of UVB the 5.0 bulbs put off at 12" (which I assume is the height of your tank - that's about what it looks like) is not terribly high. If anything, the 5.0 is better than the 2.0 because it is slightly dimmer. No, the snake doesn't need the UVB, but the bulbs don't emit enough to cause an issue, and with a nocturnal species like a ball python, having a somewhat dimmer bulb on the cage is not such a bad thing.
I like that it's nice and lush looking. A lot of snakes do better when they feel more hidden in a cage that's got bushes and vines like yours, plus they look nice.
