Just ran to my local OfficeMax and got the following since I needed one right away. This one does measure in grams, but only goes up to 5 lbs (2267 grams). I just use a Tupperware container to hold the snakes:

If you don't mind waiting a fed days, I would recommend the one from Reptile Basics referenced earlier as it's about the same price and weighs higher.

Oh yeah: And when I went to buy my scale, I had the fortunate opportunity to be helped by the Store Manager and when I said I needed a postal scale that weighs in grams...his jaw about hit the floor. I said, "No, not for drugs...I raise Ball Pythons and need to weigh my snakes". Still don't know if he believed me...

Got mine off Ebay for $8. It goes up to ~5500 g. Works just as well and accurate as my boyfriend's $25 kitchen scale.

It is a little more expensive, but it has a 5 minute auto shut off which is great for when I am weighing snakes. I hate when my old scale would turn off in between weighs.
