Did i miss my chance?

So this mojave girl had the glow and was off feed. I kept my male leopard in there hoping he would breed even though hes small. Ive never seen a lock up. I put my male calico inthere maybe 4 times and got a lock everytime. she stopped glowing and went back on feed. And now is in shed. But the calico only locked with her 3 months ago... so now im trying him again and she doesnt seem intrested, did i lose my chance on breeding this girl? Shes a 3000 gram virgin

I don't think you totally missed your chance yet. Are you sure she's not glowing anymore, is she maybe in shed? Something I've noticed is that they glow the most right before they ovulate. I've been really trying to pay attention this year to see if it holds true for all my females and so far so good. Is she staying on the cool side, warm side, moving around? I had a female eat all the way up to the day she laid last year, so don't give up just because she's eating. They can reabsorb their eggs, I'm not sure what they look like when that happens, but hopefully that's not the case.

Im positive shes not glowing she looked amazing when she was glowing. Shes always on the cool side and also shes shed once every month since the past 4 months. Is that normal?

Hmm...it's hard to say, I hate to say it, but it doesn't sound promising. They typically stay on the warm side non stop once they ovulate. I would keep putting the male in with her for a while just in case, see if you get any locks. I've noticed mine don't shed normally when they are gravid. One of mine shed 3 times in less than 2 months.
