Does anyone remember FurMont Reptile Hooks? They were state of the art in the 70's & 80's, and I have several left, including a "Stump Ripper", a collapsible "Suitcase" hook, and a dandy small "Cage" hook. I also have several of their rip-stop nylon snake bags left, (all with sewn triangular corners for safely handling hot snakes). I've looked around on the internet and can't seem to find them anymore. I did find a blog posting about the owner of FurMont, Richard Furhman, having passed away, but found no other mentions of their products being produced or available. Glad I hung on to the ones I have, 30+ years and still going strong!

Furhman Diversified is no more. The crew is now creating without Richard and as: Beaudaly Enterprise.

I bought this one on Amazon.com for $40 with free shipping. It's super light weight and very sturdy, top notch hook in my opinion. I use this a couple times a week on my dwarf reticulated python. It's about the size of a golf club.
