We went last year and it was a great show! Definitely planning on going again this year, plus making a trip out for the LA Super Show and the Anaheim NARBC!
I went last year. I recommend trying to get there as early as you can because the line gets long and parking becomes a drag. I showed up a couple of hours before opening and was around #10 in line.
When I am at the show I have a game plan and I am looking for the best, not the cheapest. So I make a quick run through all the BP tables and my buying is done in less than the first 2 hours. I picked up a Fire Spider from Jon's Jungle last year. I did not think the selection was as good as Pomona, but the time of year also has a factor on all of that. After the buying, I settle in and walk around talking to the folks I know and seeing all of the other great animals.

We will be coming this year for the first and last time for a while. We won a Cafe Escapes grand prize which includes plane tickets, 2 night stay at La Costa resort, rental car coverage, and it just so happens that we get to choose the date. That date will be the 6th and 7th of July . We also had the choice between San Diego and Georgia but yeah and stuff wins .
