I stumbled across this while surfing through craigslist. Thought it was interesting. Im wondering why this hasnt been done before.
I am not the organizer of this petition,nor do i specifically promote it. Felt i needed a disclaimer as i havent thoroughly researched it.
Anybody think this could work? I think its a great idea
