Help with baby frilled dragon

Hi guys,
So I'm needing a little advice with my BFs frilly setup. There's just so much info regarding care sheets for them, and it seems like some of it is conflicting. I'm not exactly sure how old Fred is, we're contacting the guy we bought him from, so I'll get back to you on that, but he's about 8ish inches (we haven't measured, that's an estimate!!) I'll include a pic of the setup, but we keep the basking spot at 100-115, hot side stays around 90 with cool side at 80, I think humidity hovers between 50-70%. There's a mister system set up that sprays 30 seconds every 3 hours. We feed a mix of fresh veggies/fruits 3 days a week with daily pinheads and mealworms and the occasional waxworm. Substrate is organic soil with reptile bark on top. Is this ok husbandry-wise? I think he's in a 10 gal, not exactly sure since he bought Fred with the enclosure. We do have a 100 gal waiting on standby for when he gets bigger. When should we switch him to the bigger tank? We can always put on a divider, I'm not sure if they stress with too large of an enclosure. Also, my BF has been freaking himself out reading forums about frillies that eat their substrate and end up dying or getting surgery due to impacted guts... Is there an ideal substrate for our little guy? Thanks for any input!

This is a great site. They have a small user base but they are very helpful (but a bit slow to reply) Their caresheet is top notch.

Ok great I'll check it out. I think we're switching to reptile carpet while Fred's still so young. He's too clumsy when hunting those crickets. (PS I'm pretty sure Fred is a she lol Oh well!)
