I wish my python didn't want to get wet so often (pic)

This big aquatic girl is going into shed soon. She had a bigger bowl than this and soaked everyday for 5 days strait. I got nervous about her getting an ri, so I put a much smaller bowl in there and she still does this. Silly girl.

Some BPs like to soak while shedding. She will get out and get warm, don't worry about her getting an ri. If your temps are right in the enclosure, she will be just fine

Make sure she isn't soaking because of mites tho, check for them in her tub and in her water when she exits it

I know what your talking about. But I've been breeding my girl and I'm hoping this is a good sign.

Her belly has been pink for a week. I don't have mites in my collection, but I checked her and the water bowl as a precaution. This is typical of her however. I have been pairing her with my killer bee so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

What are her temps? Maybe she's too warm trying to cool down. Or she's like my big girl that takes forever to shed
