Lessers seem to darken more when they have spots in the aliens.
The dark areas get darker making the lighter areas stand out more so as they age.

Pictures are hard to get exactly how dark or bright a snake is, especially when you have to little light for the picture.
The lesser I am showing is quite light in the aliens and quite dark on the back saddles, more so than the pic shows.
A young snake that looks like this already should be really hot as an adult

Well my little lesser just ate for me the first time. I'm so happy This is the third time I tried to feed him, it took a minute though and then he acted like he didn't know what to do. He moved so slow and then when he wrapped on the fuzzy he didn't seem to be strong enough to kill it. After what seemed like forever the poor little rat fuzzy finally died and Lance swelled him just as slow as he killed him.
