    what's your largest clutch

on 12/03/12 one of my big normal females had a 13 egg clutch. all eggs candled good. then on 12/04/12 my g-stripe gave 6 more eggs. the normal was paired with an enchi and phantom and the g-stripe with my blonde pastel lesser.

I would like to hear what your largest clutch was, thanks don

I also split the 13 egg clutch into 2 egg boxes , another breeder I know lost eggs with having a big clutch in only a 6 qt tub. better safe than sorry

13 is too big for a 6qt tub unless the eggs are tiny.
I've had mostly 10 egg clutches and under, which sometimes do not all fit into a 6qt tub either if the eggs are big.

    Congrats on the huge clutch

thanks jerry, they are all big eggs. for her having 13 eggs, I would expect much smaller than they are. even tho she was well over 3500 grams, closer to 4000 grams

My biggest was 9 eggs that weighed 1048g. Big eggs but all fit into 6qt, but only because they weren't all stuck together.

Had a 12 egg clutch last year. All survived and thrived. I used a 12 qt box for the entire clutch.

nice, I split mine, 9 eggs in a 12 qt and 4 eggs in a 6 qt. they're attached to each other really good. don't want to tear a hole in any trying to separate any more. I already had 9 egg clutches in a 12 qt tub before without any issues. hoping for some female phantoms for my male phantom.
