Pats scored 35pts in the second qrtr with about 2min time of possesion. Thats sick.
Wilfork has been one of my favorite players for awhile. The guy slimmed down and now hes just an absolute beast.

...3 TDs in 52 seconds!!! My folks made the trip to GA for the holiday and my dad and I were just sort of staring at the TV in disbelief. It was AWESOME! By the way, has anyone ever seen an NFL offensive lineman's bum cause a fumble that leads to a touchdown .
I think the Pats have scored 108 points in the last 2 games...yikes...
...and Vince Wilfork will end up being remembered as the best defensive tackle in Patriots history...

Re: Football!
I know that if I was a Texans fan or player I'd be a little embarrassed of winning a game with a phantom touchdown. Ok, sure, Schwartz should have not threw the flag, but c'mon man...penalize the Lions TWICE with 15 yards AND the apparition touchdown??? The NFL and its refs are more crooked than politicians, anymore. Good thing they have the so-called "Suh stomp II" to distract peoples attention from this. Boomer, you're an idiot!!!!!

Re: Football!
The Official NFL Rule Book does NOT support the ruling made by the officials in the HOU-DET game that an improper Coaches' Challenge makes any further review impossible. Within the section of the rules spelling out the use of Instant Replay Reviews, the Coaches' Challenge Review and the Replay Official’s Request for Review are in separate paragraphs. These paragraphs do not cross reference in ANY way that would suggest that the 15 yard penalty for improper review by Coaches' Challenge includes elimination of the Replay Official's Request for Review that is required of all scoring plays. Thankfully, the rule is not as idiotic as today's game suggests. but may need additional language to avoid incredibly poor applications of the rules as happened today. The Officials blew it.
I hope someone with access to the NFL reads these notes and then carefully reviews the Rule Book. The rules as written do NOT support what the officials did today when claiming a scoring play review could not be conducted simply because the Coach improperly challenged.
Based on the Rules, It would have been a Scoring Playing review, showing the HOU runner to be down where he was tackled, and over-ruling the TD, followed by a 15-yard penalty from the new line of scrimmage for the improper challenge by Schwartz.
Here is the relevant section: http://static.nfl.com/static/content/public/image/rulebook/pdfs/18_2012_Officials_Jurisdictions_and_Duties.pdf.

The suh thing I don't see what the problem was I've only seen it a couple times but it didn't look to me he tried to kick him just let his legs go an that's where they ended, but I could have seen it wrong. An the tackled yet still getting a touch down just gotta shake the head and hope that the rules get fixed, there's too many rules.

I'd be proud if i was Kubiak or any of the other coaches. From the first day of practice when you step onto that field it's drilled into your head that you keep playing until you hear the whistle. He played until he heard the whistle. Similar thing happened in that ravens-steelers game when someone caused a fumble but all the players thought it was an incomplete pass so they stopped. Until you hear that whistle your sole job is to get to that ball. Suggs had to come running across the field yelling at them to pickup the damn ball. Thats a veteran who plays until he hears the whistle.

That was exactly my point, NO whistle. Anything to let the NFL pet teams win, I guess. You'll be hard pressed to see your precious Pats get bogus calls, right??! Right.

Not a call like that, that call is right up there with the Seahawks and packers game earlier this year.
