Ball Python play dates

Hello everyone I was wondering if someone could answer my question. I have a super pastel ball python male who I would like to breed to my friends ball python someday when they are older and I was wondering if they could have a so called "play date" to get used to each other.

Not sure to the answer to this as I'm new to the snake world....but I would assume they would totally ignore each other judging by my dude's attitude. "Can I eat it? No. Can it eat me? No. Move on." (LOL I stole that from someone ) But I'd be worried more about disease/parasitic transmission unless you really trust your friend's husbandry.

I'm not entirely sure why you would want to do that. Males and females don't need to know each other before breeding. You might have better success at breeding if they haven't met before.

Snakes don't play. When you're ready to breed them, observe an appropriate QT and then put them together for the appropriate periods of time.
