If it's just an eye cap, don't bother trying to remove it, it will come off next time he sheds. If eye caps stay on longer than a couple sheds then it's safest to have a vet properly remove it.

Re: help!!!!!! i think my bp hasnt shed one eye cap
Hi,
Three times in one night is kind of a lot to handle a snake - he may have just been expressing his desire to be left alone.
As for the eyecap you can try the tips in the "bad shed - no poblem" sticky but it really isn't a big deal and it would be betetr to post a picture to get peoples opinions on whether or not it is a stuck eyecap first.
The last thing you want to do is remove an eyecap that isn't there as it can blind the snake.

How many times have you fed him? How big is he?

Calm, let him be for a few days and give him a chance to settle. I am guessing it is a young snake and perhaps has fed only a few times with you or not at all. Time and security make sure he has hides and maybe some over head cover fake plants work wonders for this and peace and quiet. Sheds seem to be a lot of work for snakes and sometimes they get cranky give him some peace and quiet for a few days and a meal then a day or two later see what he is like.

Lots of good advice here already.
Just leave him be for now and focus on making sure the humidity in his enclosure stays at proper levels . That way when he has his next shed everything will come off in one piece, including any extra eye caps that may be there.
