    spider question

My husband wants me to add a female spider to my collection, but he wants a dark colored spider. If I get a dark spider to pair with our pastel will it effect the color outcome of any bees produced? I know the pastel needs to be of good quality, and I believe ours is. I just don't want to possibly mess up the chances at a nice bee with a dark spider.

Yes. Brighter ingredients, in general, will produce brighter results. If the best possible Bees are your goal, you need the highest quality ingredients.
