I have a rack with 6 balls in it. For some reason the tubs get moist and wet. They are probably too humid. How to I alleviate that. I have the herpstat II set at 90 during the day and 85 at night. It is belly heat at the back of the tubs. I have used less water. I have it set at those temps to make the overall tub temp higher. The room they are in is a little cooler but when winter comes it will be hot in here. Any suggestions? I am afraid of resp infection with too much moisture.

Yes, just drill holes in the tubs or if you already have, add more holes. Just be sure to do a few at a time and monitor the changes because you can always add more but you can't take them away unless you cover them which tends to be more of a pain than anything.

More ventilation! Tubs IMO when the substrate is dry and water bowl is removed should equalize with the room RH in an hour or less. The risk is what in homes and business is called 'sick building syndrome' buildings that do not exchange enough air and grow unhealthy bacteria. In snakes this is often leads to respiratory issues (URI) There can not be too much ventilation.
