Any ideas to help him eat?

My yellow belly is being a butt about eating. His temps and humidity are good. He is a 2011 and seems small to me. He weighed in at 391 grams(his heaviest) on 8/10, and now weighs 339 as of the 14th. I offer a rat weanling once every Friday. I've tried mice, and even offered African Soft Fur pups..... NOTHING! He gets more interested in the ASFs, but refuses to strike. This little guy has always been an ok eater, but hes going on 11 weeks with out feeding. I know they can go on strike for ever but this is the longest for him. He is in a low traffic area. The only other room I can move him to is currently occupied by an obnoxiousness kitten I took in for a friend to re-home who already tries to eat my rats during cleaning. Until she gets moved out of there I don't want to risk it with him. Just this week I moved him to a bigger bin that is a darker color(not opaque) since he was getting cramped as it was. I even stopped handling him as often once he started refusing to eat. Any ideas at all?

Maybe offer him an adult ASF? Fill his tub with crumpled paper to make him feel more secure?

Just a couple suggestions. Keeping him in the smaller tub might not be a bad idea either.

Hide that he barely fits into that has only one opening.
Handle less as you've stated your doing.
    Offer food late at night.

His temps and humidity are good.
    What is good?
    Cool side?
    Hot side?
    Hot spot temp?
Sometimes I'll jack the hot spot to 95 degrees to get their metabolism flowing better, doesn't always work but usually it kicks them into feed mode

Whatever you come up with let me know. My female cinny ate 1 time the first week I got her and hasn't since (5 weeks).

What size tub are you using? I normally move my bps down a tub size and that does the trick. I try moving them up back up once they are feeding well again.

He was in a 15qt bin, and moved into a 17qt(shorter, longer, and purple to make it darker) bin with 1 hide on the warm side. 87F warm side. Trying to bump it up a bit already. I feed every Friday around 10:30 once my kids are in bed thus unable to cause added stress. I'll give the crumpled paper a shot tomorrow with a rat crawler. Adult ASFs are way too big for him. Thanks guys!
