I have ordered all of my tubs from LLL reptile my experience being far from stellar, but they do try to accommodate as best as they can.
1st order 3 v 70 tubs took about 8 days for them to actually ship my order, got here 2 days later.
2nd order 3 v 70 tubs. Was notified later that day about extra shipping charges (~$13 for oversize?) that I would have to pay for the exact same order I did 15 days before. Was notified by email, I called back and asked the reason why and then also if tthey would waive the fee since I had just ordered the exact same thing and was not notified about it before. They agreed for that one transaction
3rd order 1 v 70 tub. I regretted having to order this but did not expect another arrival so suddenly. No extra shipping fees were stated.
All in all I would order from them again for supplies, I think their reptiles are a to high above market value to buy from vs breeder.

I'm local to the shops, and their prices for dry goods are not bad at all. As far as their animals, that's a different story. I'm not saying they don't have quality of healthy animals by any means, just that they are over priced.

LLL Reptile is a large scale mail order operation. They do a very good job at that scale. Prices are among the lowest in the industry, and service should be very good.
