Is my beardie a healthy weight?

Lately I have been getting a little paranoid about my beardies size. So what do you think? Is she a healthy weight?

It's a little hard to tell from the pics but she looks okay, maybe a little bloated though. Sometimes they puff their bodies out with air so weighing with a scale and measuring her length would be a much better way to determine if she's at a healthy weight.
