Lock then no interest?

So Charlotte and Fabio locked up twice the first time I paired them. I paired them again last week and neither showed any interest in the other. Charlotte curled up in her water bowl and Fabio just sat in the corner. Does this mean that Charlotte is ovulating/gravid? Should I try pairing again this week?

It's pretty common you may see them show interest at first then a lack of interest, just keep pairing and also remember because you do not see any action or see them at opposite side of their cage it does not mean something does not happen.

Again keep pairing, pay attention to your female behaviour and look there are many things to look for before they even ovulate.

They do that some times, just keep pairing and separating. They will most likely start locking again eventually.

Charlotte probably caught Fabio looking at another female. He'll be sleeping on the couch on the cool side of the tub for a few nites...

Also consider it takes several months to grow follicles and ovulate, if you just started pairing unless she had follicles and was glowing she can't be ovulating.

As said, it's pretty common to have them start then stop, then start up again at a moments notice
