best place to buy rat food?
okay, so mazuri has yet again raised their prices on their 6F. so now i am looking for a better (cheaper) place to buy lab blocks. and don't suggest local feed stores because mine all carry mazuri and charge around the same price as mazuri does.
and i know this has been discussed in other threads but those are old now and aren't helping me because a lot of those places listed, stopped carrying lab blocks! haha
so if anyone has any suggestions it would be much appreciated!
thanks

good luck finding anything comparable cost or quality wise.
We buy our Mazuri at the feed store and pay $28 + tax for 50 lbs.

Same here. Your best bet may be buying in bulk or ask your local rat club.

With shipping, buying five bags to get a better price, that is still $39 per bag for me. Local feed store sells 50 lb bags of Mazuri for around $26. I use around 200 lbs per month.

yeah, i am almost positive my local feed store only carries 25lb bags of mazuri and they charge like $20. so its just not worth it. i might as well just buy the 50lb bag directly from mazuri's site for $35 or whatever it is.
does anyone have any alternatives? i'm just trying to figure out the most cost effective way because i'm not looking to spend almost $40 every 2 weeks. haha
but if i have to, then i just have to do it and get over it.
