I was having trouble keeping the humidity up in my glass terrarium, so I went to the store and got a waterfall and a few other decor items I covered 75% of the top screen with foil as well. The Humidity is much higher now

Even just covering the top like you did would help. Before we got our rack we used coconut husk which retains moisture really well. Btw it looks good.
