suggestions &/or tips with a new baby.....

hi all....i just got my new baby ball shipped to me today being this is my first ball i have purchased and am getting an actual real start with just wanted any tips and advice from all of you that care to post.... my first baby i had died about a week ago she was a pet store surrender that had to undergo surgery and a month long series of injections every 3 days ....with that being said she never thrived ..... so with my new girl i want to make sure she grows big and strong.

shes currently 65 grams very well fed breeder i got her from fed her 4 times each being about 7 days apart .....she seems to be adjusting well after her initial week of acclimation should i feed her a smaller meal than what she was getting or continue where the breeder left off???

also i read somewhere if a ball is hiding a lot usually means they are content and if they are constantly roaming around they could be stressed any truth to this so i know what to look for.

any other things i should worry about or do i am all ears thank u all.....

Congrats on the new baby.

If you gave her a week to settle I don't see any problem with giving her an appropriate sized feeder. You can try a smaller one for her first meal with you but I don't think it's necessary.

Roaming is a sign of stress or hunger, so I take it as a good sign when my snakes are in their hides and not roaming or pushing at their tubs.
