My Newest Homemade Cage!
Been a long time since I put up a new thread, as things are crazy here, but it's past time for one and this occasion is a good one. I just completed my latest hand built cage. A new kind, too - this one is for Licorice, my Netherland Dwarf/Havana bunny.
It's a 4'x2'x2' cage, wire with a 14" wide 'bedroom' of lined plywood and coroplast floor. It has a front door on the wire side, and both the framed wire top and the solid 'roof' are fully hinged.
I forgot to get pictures of it empty, but this way you can see just how much my bunny enjoys (messing up) his new home.
The whole cage and stand (that's the corner of my BTS cage in front of it)

And the whole cage a bit more closeup

So whatcha think? I'm open to constructive criticism and suggestions. Since I'm so outmatched up here for building reptile caging (until I can have proper tools), I thought I might try my hand at offering custom built hutches and coops for poultry and small animals since there's such a large 4H presence.

Good job!
I probably would've made a second floor in the nesting space, lol.
