Turns out I could have just submitted payment, and they would have automatically pulled it from my account, since I set it all up right. I didn't know that, thought I had to transfer $ into account first. So $ won't be there until tomorrow they tell me. Now I know for next time, lol.

Haha oh yea, i thought i explainedthat. Yea if its linked to your debit card you dont have to transfer money into the acct. Your info is hidden from the seller either way.

After researching, here's what I learned...
PayPal does not offer dispute claim for live animals BUT if you pay with your debit card (use "guest" account without transferring funds from your bank account into your PayPal account), you will have a better protection through your bank - not PayPal. Of course, this probably does not apply to all banks but I use BOA and they said I will be protected.
