    Switched my hatchling to F/T!!!!!!

After a few refusals, my hatchling bumblebee finally ate F/T. I am so relieved that I don't have to feed nippy little hoppers anymore. All I did to switch her was warm up the mouse enough that its heat signature would be live, and then do the zombie dance. She did her cute little wobble, and then slammed the little thing. Now, time to switch to rats!

Congrats, isn't that satisfying? Good luck with the rats.

There are many options to switching to f/t.

There are multiple ways to defrost rodents. I'd try them all before doing something such as braining.

    Have you tried p/k yet?

She is in my RBI cb-70 rack, and the newspaper is to help her feel secure in such a big tub. It has been very helpful towards getting her eating.
She was eating live hoppers off the tongs so all I did was try to perfectly simulate live. I made the mouse very warm and dry, and did a little zombie dance. This technique has worked for me two snakes in a row. Also, I would definitely recommend a smaller tub for a hatchling, but she seems to have adapted just fine.
