Panda Pied (Super Black Pastel Piedbald)

I absolutely adore this morph and I was watching this video "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QtTHkZBqVoM&feature=related" and the man was explaining how to breed one.
If I wanted to breed one I would breed Black Pastel to a Piedbald then I would get a Black Pastel het. Piedbald then the part I am not understanding is what breed it back to..
If any knows what the guy exactly means I would appreciate your help finding out.

Piebald to black pastel, then breed 1.1 babies (black pastel hets) together? If i understand correctly, the panda pied is a super black pastel (or cinni) pied. Feel free to correct me!

What does 1.1 babies mean. I am yet to understand all the BP lingo sorry. and would this be a difficult morph for a BP newbie breeder to aim for?

1.1 means 1 male and 1 female. You breed a black pastel het pied to a black pastel het pied to create the panda pied. Or to make your chances a bit better 2 black pastel pieds together... It is a difficult morph to shoot for regardless of newbie or not because the chances of producing one are slim. But its a goal, without them you have nothing to look forward to. I have a whole lot of bp breeding goals. Just do your research, read up and study the forum and the threads and before you know it you will be full of knowledge!

I hope someone who knows for sure will show up and answer, but I've been hearing conflicting stories on this morph..

Originally, I thought I heard that the original panda pied was actually a black pastel x cinny. Both of which were het pied. (yes they are compatible to make a super)

Then recently, I heard it may just be black pastel pied. No super in it. Since it seems that the black pastel and cinny genes act similar to the spider gene with pieds. Very few markings if any at all. A mostly white snake.

I've not kept up with this project at all. If anyone knows all the details and can correct me, that would be awesome

The panda pied is supposedly a super Black pastel pied. But my friend has the brother black pastel clutchmate to the panda pied. He says its not really a pied but an extreme ringer. The black pastel is a ringer as well. The panda pied producer is thinking the same thing too from what I heard.

And the super cinny pied has come out and looks much different from the panda.

Correct all of the babies would be panda pied.

Yes, if the Panda pied is indeed a Super Black Pastel Pied.
Both parents will contribute the pied gene and render all offspring visual pied.
And the Super genes in the parents will contribute one Black Pastel gene to a baby. And 2 Black Pastel genes = Super Black Pastel.

But like I mentioned before, the Panda may not even be a Super Black Pastel Pied.
Could just be a Super Black Pastel extreme ringer or just a Black Pastel Pied.... No body knows for sure since they're is only one Panda in existence.
