Babies dying towards end of incubation - Please Help

Im wondering if this has happened to anyone else out there as Im a little confused as to what's going on with my eggs this year. Im having eggs die right at the end of incubation, some are even pipping then dying. I've been breeding for several years and have never experienced anything like this before. My first entire clutch made with with the exception of a snake being born about half its regular size, but then my second clutches I've lost 5 out of 7 and now my 3rd I've lost 3 of 7. All in the egg. When I pull them out they are of good size and no visual abnormalities. I use press and seal on my tubs, I use an air diffuser to separate the eggs from the vermiculite, my incubator alarms in the temp spikes, and I'm just completely confused as to what's going on. I'd appreciate any advise.

    Thanks,
    Stephanie

No, not at all. The eggs didn't have mold or any discoloration. The eggs remained to appear the same as the others the hatched out normally.

Are you sure the thermostat is functioning properly? I've seen that when the temps go down at the end of incubation.

Are there any holes in yur egg boxes? Or do you lift the press and seal once a week or so to exchange the air? What temp do u incubate at? What are you using to measure temps in the egg boxes?

Are you leaving the press n seal on? I took mine off at day 47 and opened egg boxes 2xs a day for air exchange.

The usage of press n seal isn't needed doing substrateless incubating.
Since our tubs seal really well we even put 4 tiny holes in the tubs to allow ventilation and never need to open a tub during the whole incubation process.

Did you forget to open the press n seal and allow air transfer?
    Sorry for your losses

I incubate @ 89.6 which after this years loss I may incubate at 88... I have individual thermo on each level of the incubator plus the main incubator thermo.
