Feeding after Handling
It is alright to feed my BP after I've spent about 5-10 minutes holding him and touching him?

It's fine but you may find that it doesn't want to eat after being handled. Some of ours don't like to be messed with before dinner time. Others don't care.

So I fed my BP, but it looks like he's looking around for more, I've never noticed him moving around his tank before, usually after I feed him he just goes right back into his hide and rarely comes out. I don't have any way to weight him besides a scale, but he is deffinately getting rounder. Maybe its time I moved him up to a larger sized mouse?

Get a scale and weigh him and his prey. We can't really make educated guesses based on "rounder", especially without knowing his size, or the size of the mouse.

Yeah, you need to get a scale and feed him 15% of his body weight
Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawakened.
