How long do BPs male and female grow?

They never really stop growing. They just slow down drastically as they get older. And breeding adults fluctuate a lot due to going on and off feed.

What should they be at around 6 months and a year?
I'm trying to make my BP as healthy as possible.

This will vary from snake to snake, eating habits, and male to female. If they are eating, pooping, and putting on weight, I wouldn't worry.

If nothing ever changed, there would be no butterflies.

There's no set weight average . All snakes grow at their own pace. I have a 7 month old sitting around 800 grams. She's a beast and eats like pig. I also have 3 other girls her age who are 450-500 grams. I also have a year old male sitting at 400 grams because hes a really finicky eater and chooses to eat every couple weeks.
As long as your snake looks healthy and have good muscle tone, I wouldn't worry about it too much.

They vary drastically and not all snakes will grow to their average length either. I have a six year old female that is 3.5 feet and a male that is a year and a half old and already sitting at 2' 10'' so you never know. I have a good feeling my male will definitely surpass my female in length and weight. I don't worry about it really because they are both in perfect health and I have everything in their tanks set up just as they need them. As long as you have temps, humidity, and housing set up correctly and your baby is eating on a fairly usual schedule there's no reason to worry.
