    Question Champagne's color as they age???

    I'm considering getting a champagne (either this year or next, depending), and I was wondering how their color holds/changes as they age?

    PS: I do love me some pics.

    Waiting for Dave Green and some of the others that are deep in the project.....


    My understanding is the dark ones stay pretty dark and the light one light.

    Here are a couple adult pictures. Regular champagnes don't seem to change that much, but many of the combos change quite a bit as they age.
