Cool Stumbled upon a wild Ursus Americanus. Should I keep it?

How big of an enclosure do you think I'll need?

Saw this little dude while out for a drive. I was outside of my car less than 15 feet away and he didn't have a care in the world! Hahah, gotta love Alaska.

Awsome! I saw a black bear getting into someone's trash while driving to work one morning last spring, and of it course it just so happened to be the same day that I forgot my phone/camera at home! I went back the two miles to my apartment to get it but he/she was gone by the time I got back 10 minutes later.

    Thanks for sharing the pictures!

Hahah, funny you say that! My mom, who is (was?) absolutely terrified of bears was the one who told me to get out of the car. The entire time, she was like, "Just keep an eye out in case there's a sow near buy!"
I was like, "Mom, I'm looking through the eye-piece of a camera. YOU look out for a sow!"

I live on the same base. Everyone keeps telling me that the bear are everywhere but I only see deer. Lots and lots of deer.

Great pictures, I love bears. We used to have them where I used to live. We really didn't see them very often, but our trash cans had more tooth marks in them then a dogs chew toy.
