A lukewarm soak with usually bring it on - but to be honest, it is not necessary to induce a poop - they will go when they need to. Sometimes they go weeks without one.

I have tried soaking him, but doesn't seem to work...

would turning up the heat and not handling him make any difference?

Why are you so worried about it pooping?

Are you under a time constraint for something? Why does your snake need to poop right now?
