F/T feeding Technique (picky feeders)

Thought I would post a method in which has been working for me for a female, who I have a hard time getting to eat her frozen thawed rats. I put her in a brown paper bag with the frozen thawed rat and she has been eating just fine recently. It is a method I have read about and used frequently in the past with multiple ball pythons. Hope this helps some of you and let me now if you try this and your personal results.

Just a couple of questions. How old is she? Was she always a picky eater or just recently went on a hunger strike. I have a yearling male lesser who was not the best eater but would usually take an f/t rat pup without hesitation who just recently went on a hunger strike. I even tried a pk mouse but got no real response. Will try the paper bag technique today. thanks

I personally have only had this ball python for about a month, the guy I got her from said she had been on a hunger strike for a month and a half. I've got her to eat f/t once from forceps but she hasn't wanted to eat these last 2 weeks, put her in a brown paper bag for about 2 hours came back and the rat was gone. Used it in the past flawlessy on others in the past hope it works for you. Let me know interested in how it works for others.

I'm going to try this with my little spider who misses every strike. No wobble, just doesn't open his mouth or something and hits it with his head. Thanks for the idea!
