    BAM! Now we're talking!

Hallu! S'been a while, I've been busy with school and work and being sick. But I thought I'd share this with ya. Second attempt to get Quetzal on rats has succeeded!

First try he was VERY interested in the rat but was weirded out by its' size. I don't blame him; the mice he was eating three of every feeding day were about a third of its' size. This time he was again quite interested, decided to try tracking my hand instead, wiggled the rat at him one more time and he took it.

Hopefully I can get him solidly eating rats from now on and won't have to worry about lobbing so many mice at him every week.

    Congrats! It must feel great!
I know I felt excited when my first mouser took his first rat.
