Hi everybody, I just bought a female Bell Albino this evening from a craigslist ad to breed to my male Bell next season, only to find out that shes more than likely already going to lay some eggs within the next couple of weeks! I'm so excited but none of my breeding projects were supposed to start until next year so I'm a tad nervous and I'm not sure exactly what to think.. She seems healthy and the guy said she had already laid not too long ago.
I already have a hovabator and a bag of hatchrite, so im ready in that field.
I just need to know what do I need to do for momma so she can lay her eggs? I made a lay box and am giving her calcium and a multi-vit. How big should the box be? and Is there anything else I need to know? Thanks to everyone ho can help!![]()
Oh! and she was bred to a high yellow? so what would that make the babies? normals, and/or high yellow het. albinos? lol again new to this.![]()
