At an aquarium. I have a lot of pictures like that, that I took at the Georgia Aquarium (this submission, however - is not mine).

how did they even take that picture of the jellies?? Crazy.

Used a DSLR camera with no flash and had to do mutiple shots in a rapid fire sequence in order to avoid blurry movement.

The aquarium had nice lighting illuminating in the tank itself so it really enhanced the translucent bodies of the jellies.
