    Wow!

I don't normally care much for spider's, not really my thing, but DANG I'd snag him in a heartbeat if I had the chance.

I love his coloring, so very unusual in a spider.

    Congratulations on a lovely animal.

I'd say it's pretty normal for a spider, not super high white but not low white either.

Thanks again everyone! I really appreciate all of the comments! I got him for a hell of a deal, so I didn't expect him to be anything other than an average run of the mill spider.

I'll get weights and measurements on him soon, have to borrow a scale.

Most of the Spider's I've seen have had at least some white on the sides. The OP's has a pretty good amount...I don't know about "high white" but that's subjective...He's a great looking Spider...looks like he may be a little older as the dark parts tend to fade a bit with age...Nice pickup!

So out of curiosity, I want to know if the deal I got on him was as good as I thought it was, what would a snake like this typically sell for?

Well, is it for sure a male ? How old/big is he ? That has a lot to do with price.

I'll have to get weights soon, I need to borrow a friends scale. He's a pretty good size IMO, I'd guess 3-3.5' area. About the width of a paper towel roll.
100% male, he was paired and produced last season, I was shown pics of this. I traded an old laptop valued at about $50, a baby normal BP, and a 10 gallon tank with lid.

    Nice looking Spider!

Personally I prefer the lighter/golden ones.

This is my Leon when I first got him.

Since then, with every shed he gets more golden, his back is more pale gold/iridescent almost as though he has Fire in him and his belly/sides are egg-yolk yellow and peach.

I have no idea if that "means" anything at all but I do love looking at him.

He's also a fun little snake.
