Just ordered a Repti Racks stack. Thoughts?

Hey guys, just spent a pretty penny on a Repti-Racks stack. Steve is such a helpful guy on the phone and I've read many good reviews on the guy, only thing everyone had in common was the long ship time. Anyone here have a Repti-Racks system? My specifics are...

3- 47x23x12 cages (all single drop down door except the 1 that's divided for my BPs)
1- 47x23x12 base ped with built in cabinet (I can FINALLY organize all my snake stuff and store it away)
Locks on all
Built in dome lights on all when I want to view them better
UTHs for all
Seperately, I'm buying the Spyder Robotics Herptstat 1

Only thing I'm weary about is the UTHs. I'm not a fan of belly heat for many reasons, but a lot of people like it. I wish I could've gotten radiant heat, but it would have been about $400. Anyone use UTHs with their Bloods?

I use heat cable, but when I add more bloods I'll switch to heat tape.

UTH should be just fine for those cages. Because they are only 12" high, you shouldn't have a problem in all but the coldest of rooms.
