    i will get all details tomorrow off my brother ad pictures as i said before am need to looking after snakes and there all at his house

    It could be a burn or as a result of trauma. But typically it is poor husbandry that causes belly rot in snakes. Too wet and too dirty usually. I will repeat the same advise it is past time for a vet. Topical treatments are not likely to work well on a bad case. Personally I would take any case to the vet.

    would like to thank you all, my brother has take him to a vet and has antibiotics and has got Betadine which he has to soak in him and some cleanig stuff for his tank he should make a full recovery ad he will be back to normal in no time

    Keep in mind that with rot you need to keep a sterile clean, dry environment to help them get back to full speed.
    You need to keep the environment dry but still giving proper humidity which is a bit tricky.
