Humidity must not be good if he has poor sheds. I don't want to say what's wrong with his eyes. It could be multiple layers of eye caps, or it could be one. It could also be dehydration and his eyes are becoming dented. Do NOT try to remove those..
What is the humidity? What are you measuring humidity with? Show us your enclosure. Do you have any heat lamps? Show some pics of your enclosure and it can hopefully paint a bigger picture for everyone to determine what is contributing to the lack of humidity and poor sheds.
In that last pic, his eyes sure look funky in a bad way... I'll wait for someone else to chime in. I'm one of those people who will schedule a vet visit then post to the forum to get advice on what I should expect..
