Converting presswood cabinet into BP friendly home...?

I have a large, short cabinet that Uther ( beardie) currently is stationed on. I want to add to it in a way that will allow for Sigyn and Loki to be housed under him, but separetly. I cannot take the middle support out, as the weight of Uther's viv could collapse it. I'd rather not risk that.

But I'm confused as to HOW I can go about it. I'm not a very crafty person, unless I have a manual

Size wise, when divided, it'll house a BP comfortably in one half, maybe a bit too big even.


Please excuse the mess, I'm currently deep cleaning my room.





So, any ideas, tips?

Also, Sigyn won't be moved into it for quite awhile. So in a way, I can test how Loki is in it

Are you looking at the little bitty shelf, or the big bottom one? (I'm going to assume bottom)

That particular conversion would be very easy. Drill a few holes in the ceiling of the lower portion for ventilation. Drill a few holes in the bottom so you can get ventilation for your heat element. Place your UTH on the bottom and foil tape it down with your T-stat probe on/under it (May want to run the T-stat probe under the cabinet up through one of your UTH vent holes). Silicone down some vinyl tile on the floor (and up the walls probably). Once that's dry add substrate and snake. Assuming there's already a door you plan on using that is secure, you're done.
