Let her stay on the eggs...why do you want to take her off them if you're going the maternal incubation route?

    That makes no sense.

Why would you want her off the eggs if you are letting her hatch them? She needs to stay on them to keep them warm.

This is a good thread to help you along the maternal incubation route: http://ball-pythons.net/forums/showt...nal-Incubation

I would give her at least a week before trying to feed and when u do i would only give a small live meal.

I'd bet she would eat tomorrow or the next day. I'd probably at least try a small rat.

Make sure you keep the humidity great for it. And definitely look into that thread posted earlier. It has a lot of good info on it.

Congrats, and good luck!!!! What was the pairing? Did I not catch that part?

    Re: she laid finally!!!

She is a normal bred to a reduced pattern normal he is my first snake so i thought it was only fair to throw him in with her. I also tried a nice pastel but i never caught them locked so im not sure if he got the job done. Ive been waiting since last October when i started pairing her and she made me wait until today. Thank u all
