had to modify it and make it shorter due to heat problems. it is wierd though. theres a 50w bulb on each side of the tank, yet temps are right....hmmm

    Re: adrians somewhat new tank

what are you using as a substrate (i cant really tell from the pic)?

i have been checking out some bci setups lately. I have heard that their setups are pretty much the same as a bp. my brother wants me to help set him up for one. he plans on getting a cb male bci from a breeder here in louisiana in the next month or so.

BTW.....Nice setup... It looks really nice.

    Re: adrians somewhat new tank

im using astroturf. i like it, everyone has their favorites, thats mine. loose subsrate doesnt look to appealing to me. you should tell your brother to get the enclosure thats gonna hold him for life right away and put him in that, unless he gots a free one laying around he can use for a while. boas dont get as stressed out as BPs do. adrians been in this one, without the top level thingy, since she was only 27in. never had a problem. always eats/sheds perfect. just trying to save him some money. any other questions, post em, or you can IM me on AIM at BCImperator11, id be glad to answer any questions.

    thanks for the compliment
