Gravid Female Question

I am pretty sure my female ovulated the beginning of march and she just shed on about march 23rd. I think it was her pre lay shed which puts her at about April 20th. Question is if you hold a gravid female verticle which probably isn't a great idea will she still have a bulge in the lower stomach or is that only building. My female has a bulge but when just sitting in her tub she looks kind of normal but I noticed I could see her spine more today.

The girl above really close to laying, they start looking like their tail is about to explode and their neck and midsection get thinner as their eggs move down.
