    New Boaphile, frustrated

    Humphrey's boaphile came in two days ago, the flexwatt is not working for some reason. I haven't had the time to dink around with it, I'm sure it's just a connection problem, but I'm still frustrated. Luckily the RHP is working, so it's running on that with the thermostat. Figured I'd share a picture, he seems awfully happy with all that room

    Yeah, one of the connectors may have come loose in shipping. Looks good though.

    I wonder if the rhp is keeping it warm enough that the flexwatt thermostat doesn't kick on. ??? IDK

    Just give Jeff a call and he can walk you through trouble shooting it. If there is something seriously wrong that you can't fix I'm sure he'd replace it. Emailing him would take forever. Just call him.

    Nope, RHP wasn't even plugged in, flexwatt wasn't working.
