    herp presentation

Tonight at my church we had a presentation of reptiles and spiders. It was put on for the kids like 12 and under. It was a blast. I brought a all my snakes in, including Rosie my aggressive boa. I fed her in front of the kids. a friend from the pet store brought is 8 foot common boa. two bearded dragons, one leapord gecko, three taranchulas (I held one for the first time), and two chameleons. We had some kids that were scared at first but they all wormed up to holding the snakes and spiders They all loved holding the bearded dragons. Even some of the adults that are scared of or hated snakes held one of the snakes or petted one. IT was blast that I got to do this for kids. To see there faces, of awe and shock and intrest. Some where scared but never fearful to try something new. We did get pictures and as soon as they are emailed to me I will post them. Now if our goverment had the same love these kids have nothing would be banned.
